Poor customer service regarding a extended warranty. My son bought a vehicle from Denny Braun, long time friend and sales person. With the purchase of an extended warranty, my son has not had any backin My son bought a vehicle from Denny Braun, long time friend and sales person. With the purchase of an extended warranty, my son has not had any backing by Kunes as far as dealing with poor customer service within the warrantech organization. I as his dad had to get involved to get results. I am very disappointed with Kunes - Michael in that he Kunes wiped their hands of the situation due to the fact that my son was working with a dealership in OKC because he attends school at OU. He has been without his vehicle for over a week. The work is scheduled to finally be completed in two days. This is after I personally called warrantech today and demanded action within 24 hours. Within 10 minutes the work was approved and the dealership was contacted that they could order the parts. All this has taken over a week before the work will be complete - holding my breath. Warrantech is a ripoff! Kunes should have gone to bat for my son and done what I ended up doing. This whole time he has been without a vehicle because of his age. Michael was the rep I have been dealing with in this situation. More

Bait and Switch Went to this dealer on 12-22-18 looking for a black Dodge Rebel pickup with a crew cab. Was told by Steve their Wi dealer had on and they would get it Went to this dealer on 12-22-18 looking for a black Dodge Rebel pickup with a crew cab. Was told by Steve their Wi dealer had on and they would get it down here. We were told it had the 8.4 inch control panel, a side rail step bar and a tri fold bed cover. We negotiated and agreed on a price. The truck didnt arrive when promised but on 12-27-18 at 3pm. We went to meet and look at the truck and Steve wasnt there but another sales associate Dennis Braun met us and showed us the truck. The truck had come from Woodstock instead and did not have the bed cover, nor the side bar step nor did it have the 8.4 control center. This was not the truck we negotiated a price on. The salesman there Dennis Braun acted as though we were lying and stated, you didnt have this control touchscreen in your old truck why would you want it no, trying to push this truck off on us for the same price. This was nothing but a bait and switch scheme. If a dealer cant stand behind their word I wont do business with them. They told us this is the best price you could ever get on a Dodge Rebel. After looking online at different dealers we found the same truck we are looking for at River front Dodge in Aurora with the 8.4 inch touchscreen but without the bed cover and step rail listed price online was over $2000 cheaper than Kunes County Dodge.
