The sales manager is not honest and tried to move numbers around after we agreed on a price. Sent a higher price to my bank. Why send an out the door invoice in detail if you are going to change your mind? I don't think that should be legal. My truck was brand new. I got it home and found a missing light in a hole in the ceiling. I have yet to get them to come up with a solution. It's been 2 weeks. They are all over you until you buy a vehicle. Then after that they seem to forget about you. Their finance department numbers also didn't match once I got to the facility. As I bought the truck online, I live 3 hours away from them. The whole place seemed shady and unorganized. The new salesman Chris seemed to be the only real one who honestly cared. Just trying to get them to reply or fix any issues is like pulling teeth. More
