AutoZone and Advance Auto Parts tested my car's batteries 1 day before I took the car to you, they were in good condition, but you said it needed new batteries. They gave me prices for parts to repair my car, but when I called the parts department they gave me lower prices. My car was in your workshop so they charge extra for parts, a company you cannot trust. I removed a part on top of the batteries (it is an air duct) you never informed me that a part was missing from my car, I only realized when I arrived at my house, what kind of inspection do you do there? I'm sure none. You didn't check fluid levels or tire pressure. More

I had an issue with the radio in the vehicle. I had brought it in and the technician knew exactly what the issue was. Very disappointed that this dealership did not do anything to fix a ABS warning light even after I complained it affected handling - and took it back twice - the second time they sat my car outside a anything to fix a ABS warning light even after I complained it affected handling - and took it back twice - the second time they sat my car outside and did nothing - they said cause it’s intermittent indication they would not change the sensor- several times on a recent long cross country road trip it goes out while on the highway, once forcing us to loose control and drive off the road - while I have only previously held their service in high regard when Wold dealership - Kunes now the new owner chose not go do anything but charged me dx fee anyway - fixing nothing and suggest I keep driving it has had a very deleterious effect on the safety driving my family around - so I cannot recommend Kunes as it’s no longer the stellar Wolf dealership that cares about their customers.
