Our Experience in a word: “OUTSTANDING”! We saw an on-line add from Jack Wolf Auto Group. They had a Yellow Jeep Renegade equipped exactly the way we wanted. We live 6 hours away but it was well worth the drive for the savings and a car we couldn’t find elsewhere. Salesman “Joe Rigotti” and Business Manager “Joe Marconi” were the “Absolute Best”! Everything including the paperwork was ready to go on our arrival. In less than an hour we were driving back to Minnesota. Mr. Marconi also offered us a very nice discount on the Extended Warranty we wanted. We got the 7 year 100,000 mile one for peace of mind. Thank you Joe & Joe for your professionalism and the No-pressure environment. Repeat problems I have same issue with ram truck that has been in several times. Tires completely shot after 20k miles. Was told everything was fine. I have extended I have same issue with ram truck that has been in several times. Tires completely shot after 20k miles. Was told everything was fine. I have extended warranty that should cover any steering issues. Dealership? suggested rotating tires every 3k miles. Cause for uneven wear was towing trailers. My mechanic today charged me 1500 for tires and alignment. I was told everything checked out and in specs last week. But like I said my mechanic gave me print out showing alignment out. Now my truck drives straight and hopefully tires won't be issue. It takes them days to diagnose and order parts. Be prepared to lose vehicle for days and get an explanation that your ram3500 isn't capable of heavy towing (10-15k pounds). It's not all they're fault that dodge produces junk but they need to make things right by there customers. I'm done with this dealership and dodge all together. More

Bought used truck , regret it. Terrible service - car in 4 times and never fixed. Service did not escalate to try and get to root cause. Kept trying to give me car back not fixed. I had to personally call the plant that built my Service did not escalate to try and get to root cause. Kept trying to give me car back not fixed. I had to personally call the plant that built my vehicle to get action. Jack-Wolf tried to give me my vehicl back with dirty headliner and trim not installed properly. They never apologized or even offered anything to make up for my inconveniences. My car was in shop for over 30 days ! More
