Beware Bait &Switch tactics used. My son bought a used car here saw a car he wanted online made an appointment to see the car, was immediately hit with the bait and switch, that car was not available righ car here saw a car he wanted online made an appointment to see the car, was immediately hit with the bait and switch, that car was not available right now as it was being worked on so they up sold him. Car was not without its problems of course even though it was supposedly inspected. Windshield washer nozzles were broke off they told him they would take care of that for him, they ordered the parts and told him if he wanted them installed they were going to charge him $150.00 and it's been over a month and they still haven't got the parts in for it ! (PATHETIC) That is not taking care of him. Car also has a tire that leaks on the bead and plugged heater core that barely puts out any heat not to mention some problems inside the car as well. GREAT INSPECTION KUNES WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. I RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP ! More

Buyers Beware! Check out there BBB rating before considering buying a vehicle from them. I special ordered a 21 Jeep in July. They took my trade and deposit. Advised me they would order the car and considering buying a vehicle from them. I special ordered a 21 Jeep in July. They took my trade and deposit. Advised me they would order the car and it would take 8 weeks. Ordered me the wrong vehicle. Which I advised them the order was incorrect. They gave me the runaround and finally admitted the could not order the car I ordered but would look around and see they could find one. I decided to look at other dealerships and got a price on 2022. I gave Kunes the opportunity to match there price they could not.They could not after several months of having no car and holding my money I asked for my money back and decided to go elsewhere. I could no longer get a 2021 so I ordered 2022 from another dealership for much less.They sent a check for my trade but it did not include the $1000 deposit. I notified them and said they would check into it. No response so I followed up. They advised since I order from someone else even though they could not get the car I ordered that the $1000 they were holding was contingent on buying a car from them.. No where did it state if that they could not deliver the car that I ordered they would keep $1000. If there was an option on negative ratings i would of chosen it. Bad business practice. More
