Amazing experience So I did most of this transaction via Email and text. I knew what I was looking for through visiting many of the Kunes Auto Groups web sites. I found So I did most of this transaction via Email and text. I knew what I was looking for through visiting many of the Kunes Auto Groups web sites. I found what I wanted but it was in Macomb. I stopped by and talked to James and Rob. They were willing to get the Jeep I wanted up for a test drive ( a three hour drive). The following Monday the Jeep was at my dealer and I went down for the test drive. The service department put it on the rack in the shop and let me pick it over with a fine tooth comb. ( I worked as a GM tech for many years) They were very cordial and let me spend as much time as I wanted. Then the test drive which was great. JP let me do what I wanted and had complete faith in me. The Grand Cherokee limited was everything advertised and more. I was able to complete the sale with a trailer hitch and plug with a 12/12 power train warranty at no extra charge. The finance department and experience was smooth and easy, Rob Nelson took good care of my questions and options for my purchase. I have never had a better buying experience, And I have bought several mew and used cars. Thanks to a great group of people at Kunes Country of Sterling Ill. You made a customer for life ! More
