I went to Kunes to buy a Sierra on 19 Dec after doing all the initial paperwork online. Upon arrival, it was discovered the truck I drove an hour to get wasn't there any longer and the webpage wasn't updated the initial paperwork online. My dealer ( Stephen Hudy) started to problem solve the situation right away and had his Manager (Bill) assist. I was frustrated because I drove an hour, but Bill immediately worked a solution and was extremely professional. Stephen and Bill's customer service skills are on another level. Bill took the extra effort to actually locate the exact style truck I wanted and gave me a great price. He even gave me a great trade-in price for my truck to makeup for the confusion. Excellent Manager and dealership! More
