I recently leased a 2014 Chevy Silverado K1500 LT Crew Cab pickup. I chose Kunes Chevrolet in Delavan, WI because I have a trusted contact in the special financing dept. Her name is Nicole. She(along with Cab pickup. I chose Kunes Chevrolet in Delavan, WI because I have a trusted contact in the special financing dept. Her name is Nicole. She(along with her immediate supervisor, Curtis, who is also very knowledgable and helpful) has helped other friends of mine to find financing for troubled or spotty credit ratings and put them into vehicles to fit their lives and budgets. I called to have a vehicle brought from their Elkhorn location to the Delavan location(where Nicole works) and when I arrived they informed me that Curtis had gone to p/u the vehicle and he found that it would not start and that something was wrong with the electrical/charging system. They could have quickly tried to "band-aid" the vehicle, but they were honest about what happened and were willing to help find something similar. Needless to say, Curtis was not very happy to discover a vehicle for sale in the lot that could not perform. They set to work immediately to find a truck that would meet my personal and financial needs. Roberto Rocha was the sales professional that we worked with, and he was very knowledgable as well. He spent time explaining our various options(lease or buying outright) and how they would affect the bottom line and how credit scores are affected by different financing options. He was also very knowledgable about the truck and how the new technology worked(i.e. the stereo, touchscreen controls, backup camera, OnStar, SiriusXM radio, etc.) There was not a question that he couldn't answer. I am taking the truck in to the service department for a protective coating application on the truck's interior components and the exterior of the truck as well. After this I will be able to fairly rate the service department. In the end, the finance team was able to combine my credit with that of my wife, and got us qualified for a lease on the truck that was only $30 higher than Chevy's introductory rate for this particular truck! Not too shabby. Thanks Nicole, Curtis, and Roberto for making this a good experience for my family and I!! I give them all(and the dealership as a whole) a "5-Great" rating and will continue to do business with Kunes Country Auto Group for years to come. P.S. Buick is the only option in the vehicle make selection window and dealerrater would not allow me to submit without selecting a vehicle make, so that is why Buick is selected when I have indeed purchased a Chevrolet vehicle from Kunes.
