Prompt, great pricing and organized I found a use 2014 Camaro they had listed online that was priced right and had everything I wanted. Problem was that I live in North Dakota and the car was in Elkhorn, WI. I dealt with Jeremy Millian and decided to purchase the car. I flew into Milwaukee on a Friday morning and was picked up by a driver from the dealership. After arriving and test driving the car I was out of the dealership in 15 minutes and on the road back to North Dakota. Jeremy and the staff at the dealership were organized and great to work with. After emailing back and forth some specifics with Marcos, I decided to go in and test drive. I was able to look at every option we discussed and more. I was apprehensive to say the least, and Marcos made it a fun and informative experience. Of course, I picked one of the first cars he thought was best for me and my needs. I absolutely love it. Trade-in Value a Joke My wife and I went to Kunes Chevrolet in Elkhorn because they had a GMC Canyon that we were interested in buying. We were planning to trade in my 2009 My wife and I went to Kunes Chevrolet in Elkhorn because they had a GMC Canyon that we were interested in buying. We were planning to trade in my 2009 Pontiac Vibe. We had checked Kelly Blue Book and found that the dealer trade-in value should be between $3300-$4100. Kunes came with an initial offer of $1000. After some "haggling", the salesperson begrudgingly said they might be able to go as high as $2000. My wife and I were pretty taken aback by the low-ball offer. We were also a bit upset because our salesperson, Jake Ross, kept getting called away by other employees, as though our potential sale was not very important. Jake was a nice enough guy, but lacked the sales approach of making the customer feel like they are his most important priority. We left and found the same truck at another dealership who offered us $3500 for trade-in; no haggling needed. And the salesperson there treated us like he needed us to be there. We will not be returning to Kunes for anything... ever. More

Dishonest Called ahead to verify the internet price listed on the Kunes Country Website of a vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership the same day I was told the discount's listed online had now expired and the price had gone up. While trying to negotiate a deal I was told another individual was test driving the car I was attempting to purchase. I will not recommend or return. ***Update, I just noticed the dealer responded below to my review--the dishonesty continues. The website listed no discounts or rebates, and I called to confirm the price before driving over an hour to the dealership. The price didn't go up until another customer became interested in the same car. They then raised the price in an attempt to create a bidding war between us.. Later that week I purchased the same vehicle elsewhere for less, don't get stuck with a Kunes. More

We did most of the correspondence over the phone and spent less than 40 minutes at the dealership. I was able to accomplish this because the dealership along with Rick were very honest and clear on the description and condition of the vehicle. Both Rick and Kris were excellent at explaining my options from warranties to financing without me feeling pressured so that I could make the right decision that was right for me. It was the first time that I can remember leaving thinking I got a fair deal and would go back to the dealership again and recommend both the dealership and Rick to friends and family. Thank You! Great dealer great atmosphere!! We came in browsing for a few days. Our older vehicles we taking a turn for the worst and we were in need of something. We wanted something reliable and that we loved. We ended up driving a few different vehicles we were focused on one in particular. The next day after a whole lot of thinking and discussing we ended up driving away with a 2011 Ford F-150 love the color!! Drives amazing! Couldn't be happier! Amazing service and people are great! Limited time We came into Kunes on a Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by Mark. We gave him our lease requests and told him we had fifteen minutes to talk; h We came into Kunes on a Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by Mark. We gave him our lease requests and told him we had fifteen minutes to talk; he never flinched, but gave us a short look at the cars we were interested in. Then we said we would be back on the following Thursday afternoon and requested details on two models. Mark followed up and on the next Thursday, after only two hours, we drove off with a car and a lease that met our needs. No pressure to accept substitutes or purchase upgrades we didn't want. A pleasurable experience with both Mark and Kris in the business office. More
