I recently purchased a new car from here less than 2 weeks ago. I’ll admit that I failed to take the time to read the fine print as the finance manager glossed over the details of the documents and rush weeks ago. I’ll admit that I failed to take the time to read the fine print as the finance manager glossed over the details of the documents and rushed through the entire process. They require you to e-sign documents on a tablet which makes them all the more difficult to read over, esp. details like the numbers. I thought my car payment seemed a bit higher than it should be so I looked at the motor vehicle purchase contract where I noticed that Kunes had added on $3,999 for the CermaPlate coverage. It's basically a ceramic coating that is sprayed on your vehicle to protect it against the elements. I must have misread it as $399 which is right around the same price that others I've talked to have paid to have it applied to their vehicles. I called the dealership and talked to one of the finance managers and he confirmed that the $3,999 charge for the CermaPlate was correct and not a mistake. There was zero mention of this being an additional cost, let alone the fact that it added almost $4000 to the vehicle price for “a spray on and rinse off product that is quick and easy to implement” according to the Kunes website. Again, it is my fault for not reading the fine print to discover these additional fees before signing the paperwork but I fully trusted that the salesperson and finance manager at Kunes were getting me the best deal possible. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this location or any other dealership, be sure to take the time to read through all documents thoroughly esp. the price section on the motor vehicle purchase contract where these additional fees are included. Otherwise, you may end up paying a lot more for your vehicle as a result of their deceptive sales techniques. More
They sold my son, who makes $16 an hour, in his 20s, buying his first car, a $30,000 car with payments over $500 a month. If that isn't taking advantage of someone, I don't know what is. My ex went in w buying his first car, a $30,000 car with payments over $500 a month. If that isn't taking advantage of someone, I don't know what is. My ex went in with my son to try and work something out when he fell short on some payments, but they don't give a xxxx. They got their money, so they really don't care about my son. Do those kind of sales make them feel good? Are they proud of sales people that totally take advantage of people? I thought that Kunes was a Christian family, but I see now that they must reward deceitful sales people that will take advantage of a young man. It must be all about the money, who gives a xxxx how difficult it will make someone's life. More

I scheduled a test drive appointment, when I arrived they told me the vehicle was not there. I rescheduled the appointment for a fee days later with the promise the vehicle would be there. To my surprise whe told me the vehicle was not there. I rescheduled the appointment for a fee days later with the promise the vehicle would be there. To my surprise when I showed to they said the vehicle was not there again. Absolutely ridiculous that it happened twice. They need to not schedule test drives if the vehicle is not there. I drove a total of 2 hours to not even test drive a car. More
