While My Wife and I were waiting foe approval, He brought Me lu While I was looking for used cars, Stephan greeted Me with a Thank You for My Service. While My Wife and I were waiting foe approval, He brought Me lunch from upstairs. Everyone was so helpful including Finance Officer Frankie and Dan.Although it was a long stay, Stephan kept Us busy by talking to Us about Our Life and Family. 2016 Cadillac cts v Misrepresented Recently 2/18/2019 bought a 2016 ctsv 2800 miles, said it looked like new, live in Michigan did not go look at it, took the salesman word and carfax f Recently 2/18/2019 bought a 2016 ctsv 2800 miles, said it looked like new, live in Michigan did not go look at it, took the salesman word and carfax for the condition. Had car delivered 3/1/2019 and the cue screen was cracked, front bumper , hood, windshield, top, were all chipped up, dents in the rear quarters, paint peeling on pass rear door header, It was touched up with a brush. Called Elkhorn Chevy talked to salesman , said I wanted my money back, said I would have to talk to someone higher up. Talked to Mike T he talked to Gregg the owner he said there was no way I was getting my money back it was a used car. I told them I would buy a new one from them if they would give me my 62k back, they said they would give me 57k on trade, I had not driven it or titled it yet. That deal didn't work, so I tilted it and drove it that day 6 miles and check engine light came on service rear axle,took to garage had misfire on #4 cylinder,new coil, wire and plugs. $500.00 + Kunes said they would pay that and call the whole deal done and over, I said no, $2500.00 with all the paint work that had to be done..NO RESPONSE, SO BE AWARE More

Although we had a few struggles, Ben and the team at Kunes answered all our questions and helped us get exactly what we wanted and needed to make our experience amazing!
