We were in need of a 12-passenger van, which is a rarity to say the least. Through cars.com we discovered 3 vans at 3 different dealerships, one of which was Kunes Country. We decided to make the 55 miles (one way) trip to Kunes Chevrolet & Cadillac after a preliminary talk over the phone with Brian Krakofsky. Though long, the trip was worth it. We enjoyed both the overall ambiance of the dealership as well as the no-pressure sales pitch which is so uncharacteristic of dealerships. Brian's efforts to answer all our concerns, his honesty, and his efforts to secure the price we felt comfortable with, sealed our decision to buy their van and stop looking any further. The finance person was just as helpful, and we were impressed that everyone stayed past the closing time just because we were still there. A true family spirit, indeed! A.J. came out to greet me and as soon as we started talking I new that if something could be done for me A.J.would get it done.I looked at some used cars and came up with a used van that I would like to drive.Thats when A.J. and Kunes went to work. After a bit A.J came to me and asked me if I would like to by a brand new Chevy Cruze, I said "of course". A little while later A.J. and Tina(not sure of the last name)told me that I was accepted, and I am now the owner of a new Cruze.They were unable to get my new car that night because it was late on Saturday evening, so rather than send me home in my risky van, they gave me a 2011 Chevy Cruze to use until the following Monday when they could get it to me. A.J. and Tina treated me as though I was the most important person at the dealership throughout the day, not like the needy consumer that I truly was.
