I truly appreciate the great service provided a John Paul Buick. When I arrived Salmon greeted me with these word “Good Morning TONYA”. Which made me feel like I was in the right place. I was a tad upset Buick. When I arrived Salmon greeted me with these word “Good Morning TONYA”. Which made me feel like I was in the right place. I was a tad upset before I arrived and then he said “ We are going to check the car and have you OUT OF HERE RIGHT AWAY! THAT made me feel better and more relaxed, so I waited in the lobby and played with the birds. Just the mere fact that he understood I was in vacation and didn’t want to be at the dealer getting my car fixed. He kept me updated and I was able to drive to my condo in my Arkansas. More

I wasn't waited on very promptly even though I had an appointment. Wait time for completion of the oil change and tire rotation was the usual 1 hour and 1/2.
