Friday I tried calling for a pick up to come and get my car I was transferred to the service department I spoke with Adam I told him I needed someone to pick me up so I could come and get my car he asked m car I was transferred to the service department I spoke with Adam I told him I needed someone to pick me up so I could come and get my car he asked me who my service advisor was I told him it was Sol he transferred me to his phone as usual he did not answer so I left a message and told him to call me back so I could arrange to get picked up to come and get my car, i waited and waited and waited, so I called back got transferred to the service department again nobody answered this time so I called back….again the lady tried to transfer me to the service department but somehow hung up instead so I called back yet again asked to be transferred to sol that’s when I found out he wasn’t even in for the day so now with all the farting around wasting time waiting for people to call me back getting transferred to people who aren’t even in for the day I have to wait until next Friday to try and arrange yet another pick up to come and get me so I can get my car I am not satisfied at all with the way my situation was handled!! AT ALL!! More
