We were there for an oil change. Only 1 person doing intake. Work was completed and car washed. Didn't take too long, which we liked. The only thing is you send out coupons when we are not scheduled to get an oil change, so we cannot use them. The last coupon we had expired 3 days before we were given an appointment. More

Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly & kind. The first person in the garage was even funny which was nice so early in the morning. I really liked the waiting room. Terrible. Three hours for oil change and tire rotation. Broke bolt for tire and charged me $125 to repair. Steve told me the car was done and it would be three minutes to get the paperwork. 45 minutes later I reminded him I was still waiting. He forgot about me. He said at the beginning he would have the car washed. The car was not washed. I canceled another car that I was to have the oil changed for the next day and went somewhere else. I will never go back to this dealership. More
