Called a week ahead to schedule oil change, tire rotation and brakes. After an hour and a half in the waiting room the service rep came out to tell be that I do need brakes but they would have to run somewhe and brakes. After an hour and a half in the waiting room the service rep came out to tell be that I do need brakes but they would have to run somewhere to pick up parts and that would take a while…. What kind of GMC dealership doesn’t have brake pads and rotors for a 2018 Sierra? I’ll get my brakes and future service done elsewhere. More
