To Whom This May Concern, My name is Joseph Carini I'm the Service Manager for John Paul's. Unfortunately, I'm not able to see your work order because your name is not posted with this review. I'm assuming the bulb you have is a HID bulb and yes that type of bulb is very expensive. John Paul's does not set the parts prices GM does. To figure out labor we use a system call All Data, Dealerships and "mom and pop" shops also use. Did this shop charge you book time? Did they use a GM part that comes with a 2-year unlimited mile warranty? Those are things that will impact the price. Sir, Ma'am we are not in the business to ripping people off. John Paul's has been around for way to long and has established a great reputation with the surrounding area. I'm sorry we were not able to take care of your service needs.
