Helped me in a hurry Was leaving for a important trip and the day before my check engine light came on. My wife panicked about driving with the light on. Vehicle Repair I was in a minor accident earlier in the month, requiring repairs to my vehicle. More specifically, the front left fender and rim were damaged. I brought my vehicle in for a quote after having visited two previous body shops. I found John Paul's Buick GMC to be extremely competitive in pricing for said repairs. In addition, I was contacted by a representative from the repair department within a few hours of my initial visit, providing me with a prompt schedule for my vehicle repair. John Patin, vehicle repair technician, repaired my vehicle with efficiency and it was returned to me in outstanding condition within 48 hours. I am exceedingly pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend the Service and Repair Departments at John Paul's Buick GMC for the quality of service that I continually receive any time that I bring my vehicle in for service/the recent repair. Excellent Service I went to John Paul's to get an oil change and cat detail. While I was there I mentioned that I needed a new tie rod and Nick in the Service Departme I went to John Paul's to get an oil change and cat detail. While I was there I mentioned that I needed a new tie rod and Nick in the Service Department was able to accommodate me without having previously scheduled this repair. He also noticed that my key fob was broke and was able to fix that. Our car looked brand new when we got it back. I couldn't believe the stains they were able to get out of the interior! I was so pleased with my service that I took my other vehicle there when it got a flat tire. The employees are friendly, courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend going to John Paul's for your service needs. More
