I brought my car in to get my SiriusXM radio fixed. I was told I needed a new radio. After spending $600 for the radio, it still didn’t fix my issue. After a second appointment I was told the problem w I was told I needed a new radio. After spending $600 for the radio, it still didn’t fix my issue. After a second appointment I was told the problem was with the antennae and it would cost another $160 - $340 to fix. John Paul’s offered to waive the installation fee, but offered no compensation nor apology for me having to purchase a new radio that was no better than my original equipment. I expressed these views to the dealership but have not had any response from them. Very disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. Doubt if I’ll ever go back to this dealership. More
