Terrible Service, Took 2 hrs for Oil Change & Tire Rotation Two days ago I brought in my used 2015 Toyota Camry that I bought from John Paul's in May. At the time of purchase, I was given a certificate for two Two days ago I brought in my used 2015 Toyota Camry that I bought from John Paul's in May. At the time of purchase, I was given a certificate for two Complimentary Oil Changes (with free oil filter) and one free tire rotation. I went there on Thursday, Sept 20 for the Complimentary Oil Change and Tire Rotation Service. I told them I wanted the 0w/20 Synthetic Oil. I was there at 11:20 am for my 11:30 am appointment. Around 1 pm, I was still waiting for my car. I then went to talk to my friend, Dave Corneliuson, who works at John Paul's, about the long wait. He went to see what the delay was. Dave came back and said my car was in the final check. A few minutes later, they said my car was done, but they didn't do the free tire rotation. At about 1:22 pm, they said the car was finally ready and I owed them $41+ for the service. I knew I had to pay for the Synthetic Oil, but they charged me for labor, for the oil filter, and shop supplies. It should never take 2 hours for a Service Facility to perform these two simple tasks. And then to get charged that much for Complimentary Services is ridiculous. My husband can do these simple tasks in our garage faster and cheaper. I can even get a better Oil and Filter Change deal from the Toyota Dealer up the road than the Complimentary Service John Paul's offered. I won't bother going back for my second "Complimentary Oil Change" because it is still more expensive than the Toyota dealer charges or my husband can do, and even faster. We tried contacting the Service Manager today, Friday the 21st, to discuss our concerns. The call went to his voicemail and he failed to return the call. Sorry John Paul's, but you guys did not meet our expectations. More
Repair Navigation System I had a warranty repair on my navigation system. This was a two part service call (had to order part). Service is very slow. Service was very slow., I had an airbag recall, tire rotation, and oil change, and it took over 3 1/2 hours.
