Bait and Switch I called for an appointment for an oil change. I asked the girl how much for an oil change.She said 36.95 but I also was due for a tire rotation which I called for an appointment for an oil change. I asked the girl how much for an oil change.She said 36.95 but I also was due for a tire rotation which would bring the price to 49.95. I told her I had a $10 off coupon and she said to present it to the checkout girl when I paid. After I get there and the service guy filled out my paper work he gave it to me to sign. The price was $60. I told him that couldn't be correct as I was quoted 49.95. He mumbled something about charging to get rid of the old oil and something else. I didn't buy that Brooklyn Bridge but what could I do. Told me it would be an hour was well over an hour and a half. As I was paying the bill I gave the girl coupon and she said I had to do that with service person. Told her that is now what I was told. Service guy comes back up and the bill has changed again back to what I was told originally. I believe you have a crooked operation there. That is not the first time I feel I have been cheated. Needless to say I will not be coming back! More
