Good but should be better I had an appointment, I arrived on time and went into the Service Dept. office I stood there for almost 20 minutes before a Service writer actually wa I had an appointment, I arrived on time and went into the Service Dept. office I stood there for almost 20 minutes before a Service writer actually was prepared to wait on me. One seated at his work station never acknowledged me then took a customer who came in after me. Another said he would be back in a minute and never came back while I was there, the third handled me. And did an excellent job that’s why the positive rating. For no one to even say hello, good morning or something along those lines made me question what is the definition of Customer Service at John Paul. In addition I purchased a certified vehicle and assumed the filters would have been changed- they weren’t and wanted to charge me when I have put less then 3500 miles on the car. More

Routine Maintenance Joe did a nice job with the intake of my vehicle for tire rotation and oil change.
