friendly, finished on time, very good knowledge, problem solved. after trying a service station, then another dealer(un-named), Mike at Kundert took excellent care of me. the vehicle was returned clean and solved. after trying a service station, then another dealer(un-named), Mike at Kundert took excellent care of me. the vehicle was returned clean and as presented to them. although the price seemed high at the time, I do believe it was fair since the problem has finally been fixed. sincerely, Jim More
