The service personnel at Kundert go the extra mile to make certain Volvo owners are eager to return. Booking appointments is a pleasant experience and reminders are sent in a timely fashion. The service staff is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful. On my most recent visit, the small repair was going to take whole longer than anticipated, so I was offered a courtesy car despite having said I would wait. As I had done the paperwork on my previous visit, I was handed the key and departed. Later that evening, I received a message that my car was ready and that I could collect it the next morning at my convenience. I received a coupon for a free car wash and was on my way home within 15 minutes of arriving at Kundert Volvo. What more could one ask of a service department? More

I own a 2015 V60 Polestar (78 of 80 made in the US) and Jim at the service counter took my special concerns into account when dropping the car off tha I own a 2015 V60 Polestar (78 of 80 made in the US) and Jim at the service counter took my special concerns into account when dropping the car off that everything be done by the "Polestar" book including the brakes. The job was not rushed and a great V60 loaner was provided for two days. The service experience was very good and I would compare it to the experiences I've had with BMW and Audi service which have all been exceptional. I would recommend Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights to anyone needing exceptional service on their Volvo. More
