Exceptional customer service I went to Kundert Volvo for the 40k service and there was an issue with my record in the system (my safe and secure program was not properly reflected I went to Kundert Volvo for the 40k service and there was an issue with my record in the system (my safe and secure program was not properly reflected in the system). The service crews quickly contacted my original dealer to resolve the issue and I was able to receive the service seamlessly. More

All of the service guys are nice to work with. The service was good. However, very expensive. The nice loaner was a plus especially since the car was being serviced for more than 6 days. Excellent Service! I brought my car to a local gas station to have it inspected. It did not pass inspection. They told me it needed rear brakes and rotors. They quoted m I brought my car to a local gas station to have it inspected. It did not pass inspection. They told me it needed rear brakes and rotors. They quoted me a price of $495. I knew to call Volvo right away to see if any of this would be covered. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Once I reached Volvo I told them the situation. Jim Penambere checked my 2015 XC60 for me and let me know that we only needed rear break pads and they were covered under our warranty! Thanks for being honest and saving me $500 on something we did not need! More
