Excellent Experience Had made an appointment to have my car checked out for a tire vibration. Before the scheduled appointment and I had a flat tire. Everytime I have brought my 2011 XC60 in for service I have been pleased with how I have been treated and could not have been happier with the sales Everytime I have brought my 2011 XC60 in for service I have been pleased with how I have been treated and could not have been happier with the sales department when I purchased my Certified Pre-Owned Volvo. I have never experienced any of the negative stereotypical car dealership hassle. I have had a problem with oil burning now twice and both times everyone has been attentive and thorough. I only hope that this continues and that we are able to get to the root of the problem and satifactorially rectify the issue prior to my warranty expiration next summer. More
