Excellent Service for our XC60 We have been taking our Volvo XC60 to Kundert Volvo since 2012 for service and we are happy with the service we receive. Our XC60 had a water lea We have been taking our Volvo XC60 to Kundert Volvo since 2012 for service and we are happy with the service we receive. Our XC60 had a water leak recently from the windshield and the leaking water also burnt out the center control unit. The dealership took care of it by contacting Volvo to get the windshield resealed and the control unit replaced. We were provided with a loaner car while the repairs were done which was a life saver for us. Mike and Mike Jr. were very helpful and polite throughout the whole process. worst experience at any dealer or auto shop ever This is without doubt the worst experience I have had at any auto dealer or auto mechanic! They must have a lot of business given the indifference This is without doubt the worst experience I have had at any auto dealer or auto mechanic! They must have a lot of business given the indifference with which I was treated. Had a 9 AM appointment for my 10,000 service at maximum a one hour job- three hours later the car hadn't even been taken in and they couldn't give me a time for when it would be taken in. At that point I just left and will take my business elsewhere in the future. I get that it was the day after a snow fall and they were short handed. But was it too much to ask that they send an email telling their clients that the wait would longer than normal given the weather and that we might want to reschedule. As it was I made a considerable effort to keep my side of the bargain by arriving for my appointment on time. More

I was updated on progress and again when service had been completed and car was being washed. I always left in the promised window with work well-completed and my car clean.
