The people are nice, but the thermostat on the car continues to malfunction each time they tell me it's fixed. It's been very inconvenient for me to bring the car in for service. Mike was very professional and honest when explaining a need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit just one pothole to throw the car out of alignment, I remembered one that was a real doozy. In fact, I was worried that it might have caused a flat tire. It didn’t but I guess that it did damage to the alignment. I appreciated the extra time it took for Mike to explain the problem.
