I had a terrible experience with this car service. I dropped off my car at 7:30 AM, and it wasn’t even looked at until 2:30 PM. While I had referenced your online pricing for the 50K service, I was quoted a different amount. When questioned, Ms. Mamede's response was dismissive, stating "prices will vary, you should have looked at the website description, which says so." This type of response falls short of professional customer service standards. I believe the customer deserves a better response, not everyone is skilled technically and does a thorough background work on what to expect before coming in. I believe this is the responsibility of the advisors to make the customer comfortable about what they are getting into. During vehicle pickup, Ms. Mamede did not proactively review the completed services or address potential concerns. I had to specifically request details about each item in the service report. Most concerning was the discovery of an unauthorized "Sunroof inspection" charge, listed as "Customer Requested." I explicitly only authorized a battery check. This unauthorized service addition and subsequent charge of over $100 is unethical and potentially fraudulent. With the unpleasant and rude behavior I experienced from her during the write up, I was in no mood to discuss this charge with her. I preferred to let this 100+ dollar charge go, instead of debating with her and ruining my day. While the actual maintenance work appears satisfactory, the poor customer service experience and unauthorized charges have significantly impacted my trust in your service center. As a result, I will be seeking alternative service providers for future maintenance needs. I trust you will address these issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers. More

The people are nice, but the thermostat on the car continues to malfunction each time they tell me it's fixed. It's been very inconvenient for me to bring the car in for service.
