I have been a Mercedes Benz owner and was very pleased with my experience with Mercedes Benz, however, I was intrigued with the new design as well as the Safe and Secure program offered on the S60. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Tony Calderon. This gentleman is a consumate professional who made me feel comfortable from the start. Mr. Calderon walked me through all of the options available on the S60 and single handedly convinced me that the S60 was the vehicle I should choose, the vehicle design as well as the Safe and Secure program offered by Volvo was, in my opinion, an added bonus. It was truly the professionalism as well as personal care I recieved that was the deciding factor on my choice of dealership and of course the model I purchased. Car dealers often times get a bad reputation due to the interation that a customer has with a salesperson. Kundert Volvo should feel very fortunate that they have in Mr. Calderon, a genuine person that is concerned for the customer and someone that makes sure that every detail is covered.
