I was given a 7:30 appt. I arrived 10-minutes early (so as not to be late & inconvenience the staff @ Kundert). I was rufsed access to the facility as according to Mike "we're turning on our computers and as not to be late & inconvenience the staff @ Kundert). I had made arrangements with others for a ride to my office, so we collectively all waited for Mike to turn on the computers and allow us to enter and complete our scheduled visit. I was astounded at this treatment. And of course it has the immediate (and perhaps unintended consequences) of ensuring customers never arrive early for their scheduled appointment. If the facility does NOT open until 7:30, then no appointments should be made before 7:45 as any reasonable person would attempt to arrive early for any appointment. More

The entire purchasing experience was a pleasure. Tony in sales was extremely helpful, and has extensive product knowledge. Very friendly. Billy was quite helpful with the initial sales process with most of it happening online (this was crucial for me).
