Honest, Fair, and great to deal with. I have purchased four cars from Kulp. Every one of them were an outstanding buy. Their auto service is also outstanding! Outstanding customer service and a great buy We recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Kulp Car Rentals and Sales, and we couldn't be happier. When I called to inquire about the car we were We recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Kulp Car Rentals and Sales, and we couldn't be happier. When I called to inquire about the car we were interested in, and asked if we could take it to our mechanic, we were told we could keep it for an overnight test drive. When I realized I had a schedule conflict and called to reschedule the test drive, I was told we could keep the car for TWO nights, if that would help us out. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle, and Denise made the process quick and easy. We got a great deal on a car that is in great condition. When the staff was removing the stickers from the car, they accidentally removed part of the window tint. Dennis came into the waiting room, explained the situation, and said that they would fix it. He called me the next business day to set up the repair date for the tint. We live an hour away from the dealer, so he offered to drive to our house, pick up the car to get repaired, and leave us with a rental. Talk about great service! They fixed the tint (you can't tell anything was ever wrong) and returned the car to our driveway, without us having to lift a finger. This is the epitome of customer service! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. This was our first purchase from them, but it won't be our last! More
