We were between homes (sold the old and hadn't closed on the new), staying in a hotel, half of what we were transporting was in the trunk and we couldn't get the trunk open. Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, experienced individual. He suspected right away what the problem was (user error, how embarrasing) and resolved the problem without makeing me feel like an idiot. He even set me up with a tire pressure guage in the glove box along with his business card and asked that I call him if I had any other problems.
