I visited Kuhn in the hopes they'd work with me on a lease situation I had. They helped me out with my situation far more than I ever expected. Mark (Honda) and Erin Campbell (VW) were both extremely pleasant, helpful and genuine in their dealings. Even after the deal was finalized, Mark and Tom (VW GM) continued to exceed my expectations ...days after... due to the wait time I encountered. Not only was the experience everything I had hoped from a financial perspective, but also made me realize not all dealerships/sales associates are the same. I can only hope future dealings are as pleasant as this one with Kuhn! Well done, guys! More

Problems with my beetle When I purchased my beetle I was so happy. It was shiny and beautiful. About 2 1/2 weeks later my brake light went out and my car wouldn't start. I call the service center and a rep Timothy did his job but to me the bare minimum. He told me nothing was covered and my cost to fix the issue was about 300 bucks! I was very upset. I just got this car and was going to have to come out of pocket. I felt like I should just got a cheaper car from Craigslist if I wasn't going to have an backup. My husband was very upset and called back this time speaking to Ryne Pinto he was funny, and very helpful. He made me feel like my issues were important unlike the service worker. Mr Pinto went the extra mile for me. He got my battery and brake light fixed at no cost! I was thrilled. Although every worker there wasn't as great as he was at least there was someone who enjoyed making a difference in my life. More

Carlos asked me if I am really interested in purchasing the vehicle he will do everything to help me buy the vehicle I wanted. I ended up buying cc. The manager was really really nice. NO games. They are honest and you cannot go wrong. The financing was also a snap. They were able to finance despite my bad credit. I really recommend this place anyone serious about buying a vehicle. Carlos is really funny and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I know I will be back here next time anyone I know needs a car!! Thank you Carlos!!
