He knew I wasn't getting ready to buy a new car, because I had just bought one, but he was still interested in talking to me. The next time I came in, probably four months later, not only did he remember me... he called me by name! I was impressed to say the very least. I started the sale on a Monday over the internet and not only were they able to meet my terms but they beat them. I got a certified car with a 5.9 APR ( credit is a factor ) after I was already approved for 8.5 % at another dealer.
