After we road tested the vehicle, my father & I decided that we came to the right dealership. Our sales representative Joshua Carela was friendly, polite, respectful, informative, and knowledgeable with regard to the car's specific engine, performance, features and benefits as compared to other vehicle manufacturers. Joshua was patient, not too pushy, yet assertive enough to know when to bring in Tom Horton, the Sales Mgr. Tom assisted us with explaining his position on the cost of the vehicle and provided options to us to better negotiate the possible purchase of this vehicle. We came to a mutually beneficial agreement on the purchase price of the vehicle, and no one had to walk. There were no negative statements or comments made, and the Kuhn Volkswagon staff treated us with sincerity. Joshua provided us with everything we asked for i.e. sales brochure, manuals, and instructions on basic technology. Tom oversaw the whole experience from start to finish and worked within our budget and timeline capacity. We would most definately recommend Kuhn Volkswagon to anyone who is looking to make a long term purchase at a fair price to receive the perceived value associated with the product. Awful parts department customer service Parts department employee is rude. Didn't want to do his job and look for an upgrade part that I was inquiring about. Kept on making excuses about his computer not being able to do a search. Very condescending and was disinterested in helping me. Mr. Melendez was very knowledable and patient with us as we asked to test drive three different vehicles. The best part was there were no pressure tactics used. When we went to pick up our new car in the late evening, Mr. Melendez stayed 30 minutes past closing hours to physically show us some of the component setups as he wanted to be sure my wife and I were happy driving off the lot with our new car. Terrible Service Terrible service!!! I'm not sure what happened at Kuhn, but their service has gone downhill in a hurry. I had used them multiple times in the past few Terrible service!!! I'm not sure what happened at Kuhn, but their service has gone downhill in a hurry. I had used them multiple times in the past few years and the service was average at best. Lately it has been absolutely awful. A few weeks ago I brought my car in for service. I needed an oil change and the sunroof fixed. I waited for 4 hours. When they gave me the keys back I decided to ask how everything went. That's when they told me they didn't do any service. I wonder... if I didn't ask, would they have let me just walk out thinking everything was done??? So what did they do for 4 hours? Who knows. The oil was never changed and the sunroof was not fixed. They said they needed more time. So I brought the car back a few weeks later. This time I left the car for two days. When it was picked up, the oil was changed. Hooray! But how about the sunroof? Nope. In fact they made it worse. Instead of fixing it, they damaged it even more. They never told me. We noticed it was in worse condition as soon as we drove it off the lot. I called to complain. I spoke to the "service director" who just made excuses. Two days later I found out I was changed for the rent-a-car. They charged me for some insurance that I never signed up for. I called the rent-a-car desk and the "manager" sounded like he never worked in the service industry before. I asked him to produce something with my signature on it that showed I agreed to $50 insurance on the rent-a-car. He could not. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never do business with Kuhn ever again. More

I had no clue where to start, pernell came along and intorduce himself in a non pushy manner which was very pleasant and told us he would like to help us with our shopping. After all the opions pernell informed us we decided to choose a NEW 2015 JETTA SE!! The negotiation part was very stress free and pernell always looked for our best interest more than his. We are happy with our purchase and recommend kuhn volkswagon and sales rep Pernell Harrigin! More

I loved that GLI, so when I inquired about a new GLI, Vinnie had the answer. He showed me exactly what I wanted – the 30th edition GLI. Not only was Vinnie very accommodating but he helped me get the best possible trade-in value for my vehicle as well as the final sale of the new vehicle.
