No smooth talking and pushing but a professional team that, of course wants to sell a car, but in no way made you feel uncomfortable. I left with a volkswagen golf 2012, which is like new, for an acceptable price and want to thank the staff, but in particular Kanara, Pernell and not to forget Adam who made the financial part of the purchase easy and clear. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the process of buying a car so easy. He was very nice and super funny and we felt like we were buying a car from a friend. A couple days later we had to go back for something that had to been done in service and he made sure we were in and out and kept in contact throughout the whole time. Bought 2015 Tiguan and 2015 Jetta We went there with the intention of getting my wife a car. We were greeted and assistance by Josh. He was courteous and cared for our needs. We felt he genuinely cared for our needs and wants. To make a long story short we bought my wife a Jetta and then we bought myself a Tiguan because he offered us a great deal. Afterwards, we needed to get the Jetta detailed. Josh arranged a rental for us and always checked up with us letting us know what was going on and when the car would be ready. He texted, he called... He was always letting us know what was going on. We definitely recommend this dealership because we had a great experience with Josh and the rest of their staff. Thank you! More

Automobile NOT deliver as agree BOTH in writing and Text's This is my (3) third VW I have purchased from this dealer and the car is missing the installation of the rear Whale/Tail gate that was agreed it would This is my (3) third VW I have purchased from this dealer and the car is missing the installation of the rear Whale/Tail gate that was agreed it would be included in the final price and as part of the transaction. I have the text's messages from their salesman Anthony Guzman basically buying time and it has been almost 3 weeks now and he "as of yesterday" NO LONGER returns calls and after contacting the sales manager not sure of his name; It may be Mike; he stated it that the tailgate was not part of the deal. In my copy of the sales contract is either signed or initialed (not familiar with his signature) by their salesman Anthony Guzman; clearly stating that the tailgate was missing and will be installed ASAP. I have had to contact VW Credit seeking their assistance before I contract an Attorney to file suit. DO NOT TRUST this dealer and be sure ALL is included at time of delivery if you decide to buy from them.... I would NOT buy a single item from this outfit ever again! Lastly I gave a trade-in automobile that was tittle under both my name and my Mom's and apparently they must have falsified my Mom's signature because she has not to this date sign-off on the transfer of title; unless they are waiting for her signature; as I told their salesman I would bring her in the day of the tailgate install that was supposed to be the following day. Although I live in Tennessee, my last 4 car purchases were made out of state, so I didn't hesitate to look everywhere for the right low mileage Jetta with a good warranty. Joshua Carela responded very quickly to my inquiry and was professional, courteous, and thorough in his responses. When I inquired if they had a shuttle from the airport if I decided to pick it up, he stated that they did not, but that he would be happy to pick me up.Superb! When I arrived, he was right there to pick me up, everything was detailed and a full tank of gas! Although only 1 key was there, he had already ordered another key to be delivered to my home! Thanks so much for a great experience! I am happy to give Joshua my highest recommendation and will be recommending both he and Kuhn VW to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More

He was patient and friendly, and really did a fantastic job. Having horrible and frustrating experiences at other places, buying a car from Kuhn was sincerely refreshing. After dealing with slick salesmen and managers here in Orlando, I had seriously considered leaving the Volkswagen family and trying something else, but Kuhn VW saved us from an uncertain future. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Chris Johns the salesman who was kind enough to communicate with me prior to the actual sale. My wife and I were delighted to see the same salesman who sold us my 2012 Beetle back in October 2011, a rarity in most dealerships. While we waited for the credit to be worked out, we had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager who thanked us profusely for travelling from Orlando. He as well as all of the staff including the friendly gentleman in the gift shop, made us feel as though we were among old friends. Our credit was approved in just under thirty minutes and a most favorable deal was worked out shortly afterwards. As a thank you to my wife, the manager made arrangements to ship a colorful shoulder bag my wife fell in love with after finding it in the Drive Gear catalog; he went as far as to make it a "We Owe!" When the deal was complete we were treated like "Rock Stars" in the showroom where we were congratulated by all of the sales staff and had our picture taken in front of our beautiful 2015 Beetle Competitive pricing, outstanding service, commitment to the sale, and a no pressure atmosphere made the eighty mile drive well worth it.
