Josef took care of me and he really solved my doubts and created such a great environment that make me took the final decision on the purchase. I got a good deal on the price( I went to other dealerships and by far, it was the best option) The customer service is just awesome(kindness, help, friendliness,empathy and knowledge of the car features and capabilities). If I'll have to buy a new car again, I'll definitely look for him. I'm very pleased with my vehicle. More

Love my car, and this car dealer I started contacting the dealership and spoke with Cody Fletcher via phone and text, since I live pretty far from the dealership. We were able to work I started contacting the dealership and spoke with Cody Fletcher via phone and text, since I live pretty far from the dealership. We were able to work out most of the car sale before I made the trip, and when I got to the dealership, he had the car out and ready to go. He minimized the headache of a car buying process and was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would gladly do business with him, as well as his employer, again. Thank you for a seamless transaction! Also, be sure to ask for Cody Fletcher when you go in. (There is a second Cody, so be specific!) More

Kuhn Mazda Had my vehicle towed to the Mazda service center. Was told my diagnostic would be completed that evening or the following morning. The next morning, I Had my vehicle towed to the Mazda service center. Was told my diagnostic would be completed that evening or the following morning. The next morning, I receive a call confirming a diagnosis and I would be contacted back by a service advisor with quotes about engine repair. After a whole day with no call, I call the service center and no answer. Left voicemail. Called the next day and was told they were still working on finding quotes for me. Ultimately, with my schedule and a means of transportation as an immediate necessity, I contacted a family friend to have my vehicle towed to their location. When I arrived at the dealership to facilitate the transfer of my vehicle from one place to another, a technician told me the diagnostic/quotes had been completed and was apparently sitting on their desk. The service advisor waived the diagnostic fee because of the inconvenience but I believe it was only waived because the diagnostic was never initially performed. Service price at dealership would have essentially totaled the vehicle, costing $3000-4000, where I am currently completing an engine repair for $1700. More
