I continue to get my Jeep serviced here because both the people are so kind and the prices are competitive. Because of work (pesky day jobs!) I was 25 minutes late to my last appointment. Plus, I spilled almost an entire cup of coffee in my cup holders. The staff made me feel at ease and told me not to worry about being late. They also told me not to worry about the coffee and cleaned it out. To top it off, they replaced my registration sticker, which has been sitting in my glove compartment for months (oops.) I really cannot recommend this dealership enough. The people are so kind, the service is excellent and the selection of vehicles is great. More

Back up camera install I purchased a used 2014 RAM truck it didn't have a back up camera (my wife likes the camera in her Jeep and wanted one in the truck too. We ordered it I purchased a used 2014 RAM truck it didn't have a back up camera (my wife likes the camera in her Jeep and wanted one in the truck too. We ordered it and the scheduled the work for Thursday morning. I was brought it up and was going to wait for the repair. At around noon they offered to take me to town if I wanted lunch. I continued to wait and around 130 they said it was going to be awhile longer and they gave me a loaner car until the repair was completed. I went to pick it up on Friday and they took the time to show me a few of the options on the truck that I was unsure of as it was 15 degrees the evening I bought the vehicle. It is a good 40 mile drive from my house to Krystal and it is well worth it as this is the second positive experience that I have had in less that 2 weeks at this dealer. More
