About a month ago, I was working at another Ford dealership in Denver CO for about a week. I was there to enroll employees in their employee benefits. While there, I was stationed in the new car showroom and eyed the Fusion throughout the week. Upon my return to Columbus, I was determined to check out the car at a local dealership. Geno Frissora was informative, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and then some. We were comfortable at Krieger and did not feel pressured (which has happened at some other dealers). It answered all of our questions and then some. We were comfortable at Krieger and did not feel pressured (which has happened at some other dealers). It is a plus to feel comfortable and relaxed when making a vehicle purchase! We purchased a Certified used 2010 Ranger which is just what we wanted. We got a fair trade-in allowance for our 2003 Dodge Caravan. Harold Samour was also patient with us on the financing end. Terrible service and had to come back for multiple repairs. Talked me into having more items than needed replaced the first time. Had to go back in for additional work due to the first visit.
