We knew exactly what we wanted and Kevin (salesman) found the perfect SUV for me. We had the old SUV in the service center and since it was there already we just had him appraise it. He gave us a call when it was done and we went in to get our options. We heard our options and made a decision. Once the decision was made, he got to work and found just what we wanted. Easy process with all the paper work. We went in to sign the paperwork and I got to drive my new Ford Explorer home. I would highly recommend Krieger ford but also Kevin. We are going back to him again when we need a new car. More

Then the finance department worked to find a bank with better interest rate then my pre approved loan to get me the best possible payment. Chris Wachtel also provided reasonable options to lower the already great monthly payment on the vehicle. Also, provided all the financial information on a computer which provided me with the info real time (how different down payments, different warranties, interest rates, etc.) would impact monthly payments. More

Right on time!! I wasn't ready to part ways with my truck, but it was time. I started the search for a new vehicle and I was really stressed... That is until I came a I wasn't ready to part ways with my truck, but it was time. I started the search for a new vehicle and I was really stressed... That is until I came across Krieger Ford. I called to ask if a vehicle that I saw online because I learned fairly quickly through the process, that cars online can be used as lead capturing devices. The cars aren't always available to be seen. I dialed in at 6:48pm (Last appointments were usually scheduled for no later than 7...) I had told them my issue, and what I was trying to accomplish, and my timetable I was hoping to get it done by... They told me to come in that night. I had made my decision by night's end. The following day, my paperwork had began to be filed, and the process was seamless. I highly recommend anyone to Krieger Ford. I never felt pressured, and the moment I was engaged I could tell core values, and integerity were things that were very important. Being a salesperson myself, that was very refreshing to witness. Considering another salesperson at another dealership bragged to my wife and I about lying to another salesperson in hopes to earn our business.... Krieger Ford is the right move!!
