Once I decided which car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay, there wasn't the usual haggling back and forth. The price I wanted to pay was fair and accepted. Then Harold Samour in financing worked hard to get me the best rate. Overall, a great car buying experience. Thank you to all. More

Nothing compares to Carl's customer service. Period. Amazing at customer service doesn't even begin to describe Carl. I have been in customer service for 21 years and I am a harsh critic. But the experience he has given not only me, but my entire family is priceless. My dad has bought probably 10 cars from him, and now I'm on my 2nd. A brand new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I couldn't be happier or more thankful to my dad introducing me to Carl. Carl goes out of his way for his customers to give them the experience they deserve when making such a big decision. He doesn't pressure anyone into anything and gives you the straight forward facts about what you are considering purchasing from not only him but other competitors. And Ford beats it. Sure I looked at a few other crossovers but the relationship I have with Carl sealed the deal. I can't get that level of customer service at any other dealership in Columbus. More
