This dealership has always done a great job; they're the only ones who've ever serviced it. service dept always seem to have an excuse for the problem. When I purchased new van they over charged me 150.00. I had to go back and show them their mistake. They blamed it on the computer. The new vans door would not close properly. The owner had to get involved to rectify the problem. The service dept. just wanted to make excuses at first. I was very upset and told the owner that if they didnt correct the problem I didnt want the van. He personally handled the problem and it was corrected. Purchasing a new vehicle should be a fun exsperiance. When I drove away that day my blood pressure was up. I Like the owner and he seems like a fair person to deal with. More
