Not a typical car buying experience... I had been looking for a specific vehicle online for months. When calling dealerships to ask about a car the typical first words were, "when can you c I had been looking for a specific vehicle online for months. When calling dealerships to ask about a car the typical first words were, "when can you come in to complete the paperwork?" Nothing at all about what I am looking for, how can we help you make your decision, etc. When I called Krause Toyota to inquire about the car I found and ultimately bought, Cliff Swoyer was the person i spoke with. Cliff right away made me feel like he wanted to work with me to address any questions I had...no pressure at all. Within 30 minutes he sent me photos of the vehicle that had not yet been posted and answered every question I had. As a person who had never purchased a vehicle before without seeing it, Cliff even made sure that the purchase contract indicated that I could change my mind when seeing the car in person. As it turns out, the vehicle exceeded expectations when it was picked up and Cliff's kind service and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and even enjoyable. My wife and I have already agreed that when we next need a car we will first be calling Cliff as he makes the pleasant car buying experience well worth the 2 hour drive. More

Found a great car for a low price! I was in need of a new car with better gas mileage since I drive 70 miles a day to work and back. The hard part was finding something in my budget around $6000. I found a 2004 Toyota Corolla at Krause Toyota but I was a little concerned about buying a car that is 10 years old. I spoke with Cliff who was very friendly and fun to work with. The car is in beautiful condition and was obviously very well taken care of. I traded in my 2000 Ford Taurus, which was really only worth a $200 trade in, but he knocked $500 off the price of the Corolla to make up for it. Overall, he made sure that I did not feel pressured into making a purchase and made the whole of process of shopping/financing super easy. I'm super satisfied with my purchase! More

Bought a Camry in 2010 and a Sienna in 2015, and its nice being treated like a human being, no games, scams, etc. Got a great deal. Plus the new dealership facility is excellent. Tara in Finance and Doc in the Sales department made it a fun, quick experience that was a pleasure rather than a hassle. If your in the market for a new car or vehicle, you would be doing yourself a real dis-service by not speaking with this dealership. My Wife, 2 year old Daughter and my Baby Boy (in utero still) are safe and sound in a great vehicle and Krause Toyota was great to work with! More
