I scheduled a service appointment with Gainesville Hyundai and when I got there, they told me the repair would take about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Well an hour and a half later, they called me up to the service desk and told me they didn’t have the part to do the recall work. I asked them why they didn’t have the part when they knew I was coming in over a week ahead of time and I took a day off work and they said that one of the other technicians had used the part on another car a couple days prior. They then said they would order the part and then call me and one to two days to schedule another appointment and I have never heard back from them More

This is my first visit to Gainesville Hyundai after a bad experience at another dealership.
