Great Ford products. Poor follow-up on post purchase items. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape for my wife for Christmas. They didn't have the color she wanted in stock, so they had one delivered from their sister I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape for my wife for Christmas. They didn't have the color she wanted in stock, so they had one delivered from their sister store in Alpharetta. The car did not come with the owners manual, a second key fob and the valet keys. A week and a half later and we're still getting the run-around about the second key. First they tried to "track it down" from the other dealership, but it seems to have gotten lost. Then I was told by the manager to just come into the dealership and they would just program a second one for us. He said, "come on in, it will take us about 20 minutes." I dropped everything and went straight in. After waiting nearly an hour, the Service person advised that they didn't have the key fob in stock and would have to order it. He advised it would take a couple days to get in and he would call us when it arrived. Four days later and still no call. I finally called back and the part is still not arrived. On top of that, I was advised by the service tech that this particular model doesn't have valet keys. I'm sure it does, but didn't want to argue. Still waiting on the key fob. Let's see when it actually arrives. And don't even get me started that we're still waiting to hear about our window tinting appointment. This is the second Ford we've purchased from this dealership this year! We had a few hiccups with the first one too, but didn't much worry about it. The sales guys are always very nice and pleasant to deal with. It's the post purchase service that really falls down. More
