Very nice employees but highly dissatisfied with repairs I have had several repairs completed at Krause family ford to include battery, battery cables, and an alternator replaced. My car continues to have i I have had several repairs completed at Krause family ford to include battery, battery cables, and an alternator replaced. My car continues to have issues such as not cranking properly, not driving correctly after cranking, etc. When I returned to have the car checked, I was told that the issues I was describing should not concern me. I am very disappointed. I would like to see Krause family ford complete a service check on my entire car and diagnose the issue correctly. I do not have alot of money so I cannot afford to pay for repairs that do not fix my vehicle. More
