Wasted money Ecoboost engines have a problem with oil buildup on the valves due to direct injection of the fuel, valves do not stay clean from fuel particulates in Ecoboost engines have a problem with oil buildup on the valves due to direct injection of the fuel, valves do not stay clean from fuel particulates in the air stream. Took the car in for a BG valve cleaning; 500 miles later, during a water pump replacement, discovered that the valves had not been cleaned at all. A different repair shop showed me that my valves were still gummed up.... I will not be taking my car back to this place for service. More
