Aubrea - Amazing Experience I was playing around on the internet one day, just dreaming, and I received a phone call from Aubrea, and this started a phone relationship that ended I was playing around on the internet one day, just dreaming, and I received a phone call from Aubrea, and this started a phone relationship that ended lasting about 5 months. At one point during this process, my mom became very, very ill, and I had to cancel my appointment with Aubrea. His response? To include my mother in the prayers of a prayer group at his church, and then several follow up texts/calls simply to inquire on how she was doing (I'm glad to report she pulled through). My financial situation required me to put buying a car on the back burner, but then my situation drastically and unexpectedly changed, due to a car I'm cosigned on and the owner decided that she didn't want to pay for it anymore. Faced with this new challenge, I called Aubrea. I explained the situation, and the next thing I know, I am the proud new owner of a 2012 Ford Escape, perfect for the family I am in the process of adopting, and it was something I could afford, and it protected me from the cosigned deal that threatened to wreck my financial status. Aubrea went out of his way to help me, and was kind and professional the entire time. I am grateful, beyond what words can describe. I have never had such an amazing experience when buying a car - it's usually something I dread with every fiber of my being - but Aubrea has changed that for me. When it comes time, Krause and Aubrea will have my business. Period. Aubrea's actions, kindness, professionalism and over all being has landed a Krause Family Ford customer for life. Lousy customer service. We bought a 2 yr old Ford Explorer 8 months ago. There was no vehicle manual in the glove compartment so when we called the dealership we were told we We bought a 2 yr old Ford Explorer 8 months ago. There was no vehicle manual in the glove compartment so when we called the dealership we were told we could pick one upnfrom any ford dealership. This should have been our 1st indication that Krause is not service oriented (passed the buck instead of taking ownership if the issue). We then noticed our GPS system wasn't working. I never thought to call the dealership to address it, thinking it was something that needed to be addressed with mysynch. We grew frustrated trying to figure it out and just used our phones for GPS. Recently, I tried to take another stab at getting it to work and found our manual online. I quickly realized we needed an SD card, which was also missing when we bought the vehicle. I called the dealership today and spoke with Nathan Weideman, who proceeded to grill me as to why it took us 8 months to call them about the SD card. As he put it, "a reasonable person wouldn't have waited this long to contact us." So now the representative of the place I took my business is telling me that I'm an unreasonable person. Lovely service skills. He proceeded to give me an attitude (I'm sure he didn't care for mine either) and argued with me about the audacity of ours to expect our vehicle to have all necessary parts for the GPS to work. When I indicated I was in sales and would never treat a customer who purchased something from me so poorly, he challenged me on that, as well-known "really? You would go out of your way for a customer 8 months after the fact?" Why, yes, Nathan, I would. It's called servicing the valued customer who helped put money in your pocket. I will NEVER so much as buy an oil change here, let alone another vehicle. Pathetic treatment and over something so incredibly minor. More

Wonderful car buying experience Aubrey did a wonderful job in my car buying experience. I had given up on purchasing a new car because of a high APR given by two different banks and Aubrey did a wonderful job in my car buying experience. I had given up on purchasing a new car because of a high APR given by two different banks and Aubrey and the Krause Family Ford team was able to beat the competition by 5%. Aubrey was very flexible with my schedule went I had to cancel our first appointment and was able to get me in the next morning. He showed me every car I wanted and let me take as many test drives as I wanted. I loved the experience and lack of pressure to buy. Ended up with a wonderful Fusion and when I went to check out, found out they were able to even lower the APR by another .25%. Will be going back in a few years when my wife needs a new car. More
Unprofessional service staff!! Brought my car here for service of an oil change and tires rotate. I was told I needed new rear brakes and new battery...I told them I did not want to Brought my car here for service of an oil change and tires rotate. The service staff member said "why not" I then told him I would most likely take it somewhere else... at which point he shook his head and became upset announcing to the other staff members "he is going to take it somewhere else" in a very loud voice. He was unprofessional and I can promise you I won't be back to this dealership! More

A great Dealerships with Knowledgeable Staff We seen Aubrea and he was very helpful in the selection of our Ford Edge. I have owned an Edge for 10 yrs but was looking at a Taurus. During the pr We seen Aubrea and he was very helpful in the selection of our Ford Edge. I have owned an Edge for 10 yrs but was looking at a Taurus. During the process of looking at Taurus' Aubrea realized that I would not be happy unless I bought another Edge. When he suggested an Edge I said they are too expensive, but he showed me a Certified 2015 Edge at a price I could afford. When I saw it and drove it I knew that was the vehicle for us. Very happy with the deal and with Aubrae's knowledge and no pressure sale talk. If you want a Ford you MUST see Aubrae at Krause Family Ford in Woodstock, Ga. More

I put down an agreeable deposit and the salesman took the car off the lot. We agreed that he would call me back later in the the day to start the paperwork. After 4 hrs. of no communication I left a message to find out what was going on. The salesman finally called me back about a half hour later stating he was very sorry but his boss Chis Vineyard the sales manager sold the car to someone else. When I called Mr. Vineyard his response was that he had no idea what I was talking about and that this dealership does not hold cars when a deposit is made. More
