We spent $21,000 on a truck at Krause. The AC stopped working on the way home from the dealership. They had us bring it back, and supposedly fixed it. It only worked for a couple of days, then stopped again. We emailed the sales guy, and got no response. This morning, when we started it, it was making awful noise and vibrating. We emailed someone up the food chain at Krause. Crickets. We had it towed to another dealer, where we'll have to pay who knows how much to repair this truck we just bought. These people claim to do a full, thorough inspection. They're either lying or incompetent. It comes to the same, either way. We'll never buy another vehicle from them. More

Awesome experience. Very low pressure. I walked out feeling they actually wanted my son to be happy with his purchase more than they were concerned about the sale. Took my vehicle in on appt for 730 am Thursday. Told it would be complete by Friday afternoon. Rude service advisor Josh said it had to sit till Monday and it wasn’t his problem or concern. He was a little slow so had to ask several times to speak to his mngr. After fighting with the customer he finally decided to get his boss. Don’t recommend this service advisor Josh, or shop who can’t complete the job when the promise. More
After choosing a new F250 from their lot and verifying it was on site, I submitted an online credit app via their site, but finance dept never contacted me even after I called twice and emailed 3 times! I was prepared to purchase this vehicle and now that chance is absolutely zero. Sales staff I talked to were fine, typical. I did the legwork and researched online due to Covid19 issues, filled out credit app, scheduled a trade in inspection, etc. This is my second negative with Krause in 3 years. First was when I purchased my 2019 F250 and was met with a fairly rude sales associate. I bought the truck from another dealer even though Krause had the exact truck I was looking for simply due to customer service. More

I would recommend dealing with a salesperson who is knowledgeable about the car/truck you wish to buy. One sales manager constantly refused to deal honestly with me, and wouldn't answer simple questions about rebates, incentives and price (very annoying!) I only bought a car from them because it was a 2019 model that other dealers around no longer have. Had I been in the market for a 2020 year model vehicle, I would've walked out after spending >3 hours and not getting satisfactory sales service from the salesperson or sales manager I was dealing with. I only bought the car because they finally came down far enough on price to make the deal worth my time investment. In sales, ask for Don Kapela. Knowledgeable and helpful. Sales managers, ask for Matt or Shawn, also very helpful. Love my Mustang, but it shouldn't be so difficult to get good customer service and an honest sales experience. More
