I have a 2001 Ford Excursion, took it in for an alignment. You would think this is a pretty common service right? No, I had to go back three separate times and it’s still not right. My Excursion is well taken care of, with new trucks between 80 and 100,000 I’m incentivized to take care of this vehicle. I have a brand new OEM steering shaft, all new steering linkage, and a blue top steering gear box with ball bearings (unlike Cardone ones that always have a lot of playing and sloop to them). This being said the steering play is out of the question the issue here. It keeps drifting to the left even with road crown and I fight to keep it on the road. To top this off I always get Grease marks on my floor mats that are tan. When I tell them about this they shrug it off and it always happens again. I’m not sure if it’s because my truck is old these guys don’t take it as seriously or what. I’m just simply trying to maintain my vehicle. I’m over the carelessness of dealers. I want my money back so I can go somewhere in hopes someone cares about the service they provide. More
READ BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I had made an appointment last Thursday to see a specific truck that I planned on buying that day. I arrived Saturday to find that the truck was not there and it was at an employees house that was an hour away. I spoke with a salesperson over the phone that told me to ask for a specific person when I got there Saturday at 4. That person was not there either. I drove over 2 hours to see this truck and made an appointment figuring the truck and salesperson that knew what was going on would be there. Neither were. They stuck me in a 4wd model and said it was the same thing and let me drive it. We went in to talk numbers because I still planned on purchasing the truck that was not there. The salesperson showed me the numbers and an extra $2000 was put on the base price. I later sent them the email that had the original price and they said they would "eat" $1000 of the added price but that I needed to have a trade-in in order to drop the other added $1000 to match the price that was listed on their website, listed on car gurus, and listed in the email sent to me. No one should have to have a trade-in to retain the original asking price of a vehicle. Then, on top of that, they had an added "Krause care" package that added $1,800 of filler to the price. I was told that could be taken off if I did not want it. So, I asked them to take that off. He came back and said that he sadly could not since they already applied the care package to this truck. I did not ask for that. Why am I having to pay for something I did not want and that was not listed in the description beforehand. After tax, filler, an added $2000, and not even being able to see the truck, the price was almost $9k over the original asking price. It took a $40,089 truck close to $49,000. I hope my displeasure will serve as a lesson to future buyers here. More

Scheduled appointment for oil change over a week in advance. I arrived on time and was told it would be two hours. I asked why when I made an appointment for this time. I was assured since I had appointment I would not have to wait. However, that was not the case and it was 2 hours before they even pulled my car in, then over 45 minutes later before I got it back. I had to ask for my car after seeing it sitting for 15 minutes. The topper was the excuses given during my wait. First they had to go get filter. With over a week to prepare it seems they would have that. Then insulting me because I am a woman by telling me they had to send someone to BMW to get the oil. I am well aware it uses uses full synthetic but it is not necessary to come from BMW. Even if it did, again with the appointment made so far in advance they should have been prepared with all items onsite. The buying experience was not much better. Paid cash and had to wait many hours for the paperwork to be completed. Then they offered discount on warranty but no one would answer calls or emails to get details to decide whether to purchase. After my experience with the oil change there is no way I would ever return to their service center anyway. Customer service is not a priority at this dealership. I am only providing one star because a star has to be provided. More

The service clerks are rude and could care less if you need your car or not. Service is not service here. Schedule an appointment with service the wait for an available time is 30 days. Make the appointment, drop off the car, and hear nothing for 2 days. They have had my car for 48 hours after a scheduled appointment and no one has looked at it, no status, no repair, no calls. Made at least 5 calls to get an update and no one seems to care More
