I have purchased two Ford 150's from Reece Montooth at Krause Family Ford. Each time Reece was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly HONEST. I have also dealt with his father Bill Montooth in the past and it is safe to say I know where Reece gets kindness from. Reece worked hard for us to get me all the extras I wanted at the lowest possible price and within my payment range. He might get in trouble for me saying this, but he never once pressured us he told us to take our time even if that meant leaving the dealership to sleep on it. Each time, Christian in finance was kind and accommodating, he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to finalize two successful deals. One in person and one virtually (never stepped foot in the dealership). We had a minor hiccup with some extras during financing and Christian was quick to remedy the issue to my complete satisfaction, that is not something every dealership would do. Cameron Bruck delivered my first F150, he was very timely and took the time to walk around the vehicle upon delivery to ensure I was completely satisfied and it was in the pouring rain. Bill Coffey delivered my second truck and he went above and beyond. He walked around the truck with me, pointed out some things, and even took time to get to know us.
